Proudly manufactured in Canada, C-Bond Extra Thin is an ultra-low viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive (3–5 cPs) engineered for maximum wicking into micro-cracks, hairline gaps, and tight-fitting joints. With an exceptionally fast fixture time of approximately 2–4 seconds, its water-like consistency enables deep penetration into porous materials and hard-to-reach bonding areas, delivering strong, reliable bonds on metal, wood, ceramic, plastic, leather, and rubber.
Its crystal-clear formula allows for clean, nearly invisible repairs and precision assembly applications, while the durable bond offers excellent impact and water resistance across a wide service temperature range of -50°C to +80°C. Designed for high-speed bonding and close-fitting parts, it provides a gap-filling capability of up to 0.002", making it ideal for applications where speed, penetration, and accuracy are critical.
Instructions
- Clean and dry all bonding surfaces.
- Apply a very small amount of adhesive to one surface.
- Allow the glue to wick into joints or micro-cracks.
- Press parts together and hold for 2–4 seconds.
- Close the cap tightly after use.
