C-Set cyanoacrylate accelerator aerosol is a solvent-based activator engineered to rapidly accelerate the curing process of cyanoacrylate adhesives, achieving bond formation in as little as 4–8 seconds. It can be applied before or after adhesive application and is especially effective with high-viscosity instant adhesives that typically cure more slowly. The aerosol format provides even surface coverage for improved performance on uneven materials, difficult bonding combinations, and in low-temperature or low-humidity environments. Key specifications include a clear liquid appearance, 0.749 specific gravity, and 44°C (111°F) flash point.
Instructions
- Clean and prepare bonding surfaces.
- Apply cyanoacrylate glue to one surface.
- Spray accelerator onto the opposite surface or directly onto the bonded seam.
- Join parts and hold for 4–8 seconds.
- Allow full bond strength to develop over time.
