Proudly manufactured in Canada, CECCORP C-Pure Super Fast is a two-part polyurethane structural adhesive engineered for ultra-fast bonding and repair across plastics, metals, composites, wood, and concrete. It features an extremely short 30-second working time, 5-minute sanding readiness, and 15-minute paint readiness for rapid workflow efficiency. The advanced formulation provides fast handling strength while helping improve productivity in manufacturing, assembly, and repair applications.

The adhesive delivers Shore D 80 hardness, 40,000 mPa·s viscosity, 1.09 relative density, and 15% elongation for high-strength, impact-resistant performance. Its thixotropic, non-sag consistency supports controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces, helping prevent running or dripping while maintaining precise placement and reliable bond performance.

 

Instructions

  1. Clean, degrease, and lightly abrade bonding surfaces.
  2. Dispense adhesive using an appropriate dispensing system.
  3. Apply and position parts within the 30-second working time.
  4. Allow 5 minutes before sanding.
  5. Allow 15 minutes before painting or finishing.
