Refund & Return Policy

CECCORP aims to ensure customer satisfaction and handle refund or return requests on a case-by-case basis. Below are the general guidelines, though CECCORP reserves the right to make decisions based on individual circumstances.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for non-delivered orders, subject to verification with the shipping carrier. If a delivery is delayed, a partial refund may be considered at CECCORP’s discretion. Customers who receive an incorrect product may either be refunded or sent a replacement, depending on availability and CECCORP’s assessment of the situation. In some cases, the customer may be asked to return the item or may be permitted to keep it.

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened and unused. CECCORP may decline returns if the product shows signs of improper storage, misuse, or other conditions affecting its resale value. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. If the original order included free shipping, the refund amount may be adjusted to cover shipping costs incurred by CECCORP.

CECCORP provides return shipping labels for approved returns. Customers are expected to follow the return process as instructed. Processing times for refunds typically range from 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Certain products, including custom and bulk orders, may not be eligible for return or refund. CECCORP reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and determine the most appropriate resolution.
