C-Pure Rigid 1 is a two-part polyurethane structural adhesive engineered for rigid bonding and fast repairs across plastics, metals, composites, wood, and glass. It features an ultra-fast 1-minute working time, 20-minute sanding readiness, and 1-hour paintability for rapid workflow efficiency. The formulation delivers Shore D 80 hardness, 50,000 mPa·s viscosity, 1.08 relative density, and 15% elongation for high-strength, impact-resistant performance, while its non-sag consistency enables controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces.

Instructions
- Clean and degrease surfaces, then abrade for optimal adhesion.
- Dispense adhesive using a manual, pneumatic, or automated system.
- Apply within the 1-minute working time and position components.
- Allow 20 minutes before sanding.
- Paint after 1 hour for finishing applications.
