C-Pure High Build Seam Sealer is a two-component polyurethane seam sealer engineered for high-build seam replication and structural bonding on vertical and horizontal joints. It features a thixotropic, non-sag formula for controlled application and OEM-style finishing, with a 15-minute working time, 30-minute paint readiness, 1-hour bonding time, and full cure within 12 hours. The material delivers 50,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity, 1.08 relative density, Shore D 40 hardness, and 90% elongation for flexible, crack-resistant performance.

Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare surfaces by degreasing and abrading.
  2. Mix and dispense using a manual or pneumatic applicator.
  3. Apply bead to the seam and tool or texture as required.
  4. Allow 30 minutes before painting.
  5. Let cure fully for 12 hours before full load.
