C-Poxy FL40 is a high-performance two-part flexible structural epoxy designed for applications where conventional rigid epoxies are likely to crack under vibration, impact, or repeated movement. It combines structural bonding strength with controlled flexibility, allowing bonded assemblies to withstand dynamic loads, thermal expansion, and everyday mechanical stress without sacrificing durability.
Engineered for industrial manufacturing, transportation, marine, construction, and repair, C-Poxy FL40 bonds a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, composites, fiberglass, engineering plastics, wood, concrete, and ceramics. Its non-sag consistency makes it easy to apply on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces while maintaining precise bond-line control.
After curing, C-Poxy FL40 produces a tough, resilient bond that resists moisture, weathering, oils, fuels, and many industrial chemicals.
