We ordered the larger size for repeated casting work. The packaging looked a little uneven at first, but the resin was usable and the larger format makes sense for shops doing regular pours.
We have used C-Cast for small production molds and display pieces. Bubble release is better than many casting resins we have tried, and the finished parts come out clear when mixed and poured carefully.
The clarity is strong and the finish looks clean. For molds with curves or tight corners, we have to pour slowly and watch for trapped bubbles. Good resin when the process is controlled.
C-Cast mixed and poured well with very few bubbles. The finish stayed clear without a yellow tint. Thin pieces cured faster, while thicker pours needed more time before handling.
C-Cast gives a clear finish and works well for our small casting jobs. We already have reusable cups and stir sticks in the shop, so we would prefer a resin-only option for repeat orders.
This resin works, but it is not for rushed jobs. Our shop had better results when we planned the cure time properly and avoided moving the pieces too early.
C-Cast works well for silicone molds, keychains, charms, and small decorative parts. It cures clear with low odor and very few bubbles. For coating work, we would still use a thicker product.
We use C-Cast for small mold work and clear casting jobs. It mixes easily and cures with good clarity, but the cure time needs to be respected. If parts are removed too early, the finish can be affected.
We use C-Cast for small shop casting and sample pieces. It pours well, cures clear, and gives a clean result when mixed properly.
C-Cast is easy to use for mold work and small casting projects, but the instructions need to be followed closely. Accurate mixing makes a big difference in the final cure.
Did a medium size river table. The epoxy flows well and self-levels nicely, but cure time is long so you need to plan your workflow. Bubble release was good with heat gun. Final finish polished up really well.
Used this for a 2.5 inch river table pour. Very low heat buildup and cured evenly without cracking. Clarity is excellent and no yellowing so far. Slow cure gives enough working time which is critical for large projects.
