C-Pure Semi-Rigid 5 is a two-part polyurethane structural adhesive engineered for plastic repair and multi-material bonding, featuring a 5-minute working time, 30-minute sanding time, and 90-minute paint readiness. It delivers Shore D 40 hardness with 140% elongation for enhanced flexibility and impact resistance, while maintaining 40,000 mPa·s viscosity and 1.08 relative density. Its thixotropic, non-sag formulation enables controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces across thermoplastics, thermosets, steel, aluminum, concrete, wood, and glass.

Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare surfaces, removing contaminants and roughening if required.
  2. Dispense and mix both components using an appropriate cartridge system.
  3. Apply adhesive within the 5-minute working time.
  4. Allow curing for 30 minutes before sanding.
  5. Paint or finish after 90 minutes.
