It delivers Shore D 80 hardness, 40,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity, 15% elongation, and 1.10 relative density for high mechanical strength and impact resistance. Its thixotropic, non-sag formulation enables controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces, with a 60-minute working time and 24-hour paint-ready cure.
Instructions
Prepare and clean all bonding surfaces to remove contaminants.
Mix or dispense the two-component adhesive using a compatible system.
Apply evenly to the substrate and position components within 60 minutes.
Allow curing for 24 hours before painting or full load application.
