This precision-engineered static mixer features a 25-element internal helix and 6-inch length for consistent blending of two-part adhesives. It is compatible with 200ml, 400ml, and 600ml C-System cartridges in 1:1 and 2:1 ratios. The mixer includes a direct screw-on inlet that eliminates the need for a locking nut, along with a stepped outlet tip that can be trimmed for adjustable flow control. Its design supports uniform dispensing while reducing material waste.
Instructions
- Attach the mixer to the cartridge using the screw-on inlet.
- Dispense a small amount to ensure proper mixing.
- Trim the outlet tip to the desired flow size if needed.
- Apply adhesive as required.

Flow is smooth and the 25-element design does a good job blending. Minimal waste compared to cheaper mixers I used before. Solid option for shop use.
