Description

Two-part semi-rigid polyurethane foam features a 125 kg/m³ density and 1:9 expansion ratio for rapid filling, sealing, and insulation applications. It reacts in approximately 5 seconds, expands within 30 seconds, and can be trimmed after 3 minutes with full cure achieved in 2 hours. The closed-cell structure provides thermal insulation and water resistance, while the semi-rigid formulation balances structural support with controlled flexibility. It also delivers 15,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity and 1.12 relative density for reliable dispensing through manual, pneumatic, or automated systems.

Ideal Applications:
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation for roofs, windows, and piping
  • Filling cracks, voids, and cavities
  • Construction bonding and roofing repairs
  • Lightweight structural reinforcement
  • Model-making and fabrication projects

Instructions

  1. Prepare and position dispensing equipment (manual, pneumatic, or automated).
  2. Mix Part A and Part B as specified and apply immediately.
  3. Allow foam to expand and fill the cavity.
  4. Trim excess material after 3 minutes.
  5. Allow full cure for 2 hours before load or finishing.

Buy with Confidence

We stand behind our products. If your product is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our return policy. We want every customer to purchase with confidence.

Premium Formulations

We believe performance should never be sacrificed to reduce cost. Our cyanoacrylate adhesives are formulated without added solvents or plasticizers that can weaken bond strength and reduce durability. Likewise, our epoxy systems are developed using carefully selected raw materials to deliver reliable performance rather than simply meeting a target price.
When you buy CECCORP, you’re getting the formulation we design, not the cheapest formulation we could produce.

Manufactured Responsibly

Quality is about more than the finished product. We manufacture our products while complying with applicable Canadian laws and regulations regarding workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices. We believe high-performance adhesives should be produced responsibly and with respect for both people and the environment.
