Description
C-Pure PB 60 is a two-component polyurethane structural adhesive engineered for bonding steel and aluminum panels in automotive, industrial, and construction applications. It delivers Shore D 80 hardness, 40,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity, 15% elongation, and 1.10 relative density for high mechanical strength and impact resistance. Its thixotropic, non-sag formulation enables controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces, with a 60-minute working time and 24-hour paint-ready cure.

Instructions
- Prepare and clean all bonding surfaces to remove contaminants.
- Mix or dispense the two-component adhesive using a compatible system.
- Apply evenly to the substrate and position components within 60 minutes.
- Allow curing for 24 hours before painting or full load application.

Great product. Great company. Customer service is excellent, knowledgeable and prompt to answer calls. I used the PB60 to attach wheel arch repair panels on my F150. It worked perfectly and without fear of potential distortion by welding. I am a DIY'er. I will not hesitate to use again. Price cannot be beat. Highly recommend.
We use C-Pure PB 60 for larger panel bonding jobs where we need more working time. The 60 minute window helps with alignment before clamping, and the adhesive stays in place well on vertical seams.
