Description
Two-part semi-rigid polyurethane foam features a 125 kg/m³ density and 1:9 expansion ratio for rapid filling, sealing, and insulation applications. It reacts in approximately 5 seconds, expands within 30 seconds, and can be trimmed after 3 minutes with full cure achieved in 2 hours. The closed-cell structure provides thermal insulation and water resistance, while the semi-rigid formulation balances structural support with controlled flexibility. It also delivers 15,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity and 1.12 relative density for reliable dispensing through manual, pneumatic, or automated systems.

Instructions
- Prepare and position dispensing equipment (manual, pneumatic, or automated).
- Mix Part A and Part B as specified and apply immediately.
- Allow foam to expand and fill the cavity.
- Trim excess material after 3 minutes.
- Allow full cure for 2 hours before load or finishing.
