Description

C-Pure Fast Foam is a two-part rigid polyurethane adhesive system engineered for rapid bonding, structural reinforcement, gap filling, and insulation applications. It features a 3-second reaction time, 15-second expansion time, 3-minute cutting time, and full cure within 2 hours. The closed-cell foam structure provides moisture resistance, thermal insulation, and dimensional stability, while delivering 15,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity, 1.12 relative density, and rigid hardness for strong adhesion to concrete, wood, metal, masonry, and other construction substrates.

Instructions

  1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
  2. Mix Part A and Part B according to the specified ratio until uniform.
  3. Apply immediately to the bonding surface before expansion begins.
  4. Allow foam to expand and cure without disturbance.
  5. Trim excess material after full cure if required.

Applications

  • Structural bonding in construction assemblies
  • Gap filling and insulation sealing
  • Panel and board adhesion
  • Concrete and masonry bonding
  • General-purpose rigid foam bonding
