Hot Melt Glue CM 04 LV

Hot melt adhesive, with APAO and synthetic resin base, developed for flat lamination of thermoplastic foils (PP, PE, PVC) to panels of solid wood, chipboard or MDF.

Suitable for surface lamination of wood-based materials

Outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of materials, including thermoplastic foils and decor papers

Improved surface wetting at recommended processing temperatures

APPLICATION
For use in nozzle, roller or other applicator system
Recommended working temperature 160 – 200 °C

Temperatures above 200 °C should be avoided

During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating

CLEANING
While hot by scrapping with a spatula and remove any rests with Hot-Melt Cleaners CC13
