Low Viscosity
Low viscosity instant glue is thin and runny, which makes it ideal for bonding materials with tight-fitting joints. This type of glue is excellent for bonding surfaces that need to be tightly sealed, such as metal, plastic, and ceramic. C-BOND Extra-thin or C-BOND thin allows the glue to seep into the small spaces between the surfaces, creating a strong, secure bond.
Medium Viscosity
Medium viscosity instant glue is thicker than low viscosity glue, making it ideal for bonding materials that have larger gaps or irregular surfaces. This type of glue can be used on a variety of materials, including wood, rubber, and leather. C-BOND medium allows the glue to fill in the gaps between the surfaces, creating a solid bond.
High Viscosity
High viscosity instant glue is the thickest of the three viscosities, making it ideal for bonding materials that have very large gaps. This type of glue is often used for filling voids in wood, as well as for repairing plastic and rubber. C-BOND Thick allows the glue to sit on top of the surfaces and fill in the gaps, creating a strong bond that can withstand stress and strain. If this type of bond is needed but the project requires a faster setting time, C-SET accelerator can be paired with this glue to decrease setting time.
In addition to viscosity, it's also important to consider the setting time of the instant glue. Some instant glue formulas set quickly, while others take longer to set. If you're working on a project that requires precise positioning of the surfaces before the glue sets, then you'll want to choose a slower-setting formula.
In conclusion, choosing the right viscosity for your instant glue is crucial for achieving a strong, reliable bond for your project. Consider the materials you'll be bonding and the size of any gaps or irregularities in the surfaces, as well as the setting time of the glue, to determine which viscosity is best for your needs. With the right instant glue and proper application, you can complete your project with confidence, knowing that it will hold up over time.
]]>This medium viscosity cyanoacrylate glue can be used to bond wood, metal, plastic, rubber and more. C-Bond Medium has a viscosity level of 250–350 cps—thicker than C-Bond Thin which is 30–50 cps, and thinner than C-Bond Thick which is 1200–1400 cps.
Centipoise, or cps, is a unit of measure of viscosity/thickness. For reference, the viscosity of water is 1 cps. This means our C-Bond Extra Thin, with a viscosity of 1-3 cps, has almost the same consistency of water.
Along with the rest of the C-Bond lineup, C-Bond Medium is currently available in four sizes: 30 g, 60 g, 120 g and 1 kg.
With a non-yellowing and bubble-free formula, C-Cast is designed to offer unrivalled clarity and UV resistance.
C-Cast allows for casting layers of up to 3 inches for wooden substrates and up to 3.5 inches for other materials such as silicon or plastic molds, so you can have deeper pours.
This epoxy casting system is also formulated with minimal shrinkage and thorough wetting power for maximum coverage and to fill cracks and voids.
Our new C-Cast has a 2:1 mixing ratio and is available in 1.5 Gallon kits: 1 Gal Resin and 0.5 Gal Hardener.
C-Cast is a casting system, not a coating system. For epoxy coating, check out our C-Coat, which is now available in 4 sizes.

]]>This 15-minute, unfilled, general purpose epoxy adhesive has a gel time of 14—16 minutes. Strong and water resistant, C-Poxy 15 can bond most materials including wood, metal, glass, ceramics, stone, fiberglass, many plastics and more.
Our new C-Poxy 15 is currently available in 8.5 Fl Oz kits.
C-Poxy 15 joins our collection of epoxy adhesives: C-Poxy 5, a 5-minute epoxy adhesive; C-Poxy 30, a 30-minute epoxy adhesive); and C-Tough an extremely tough, high performance epoxy adhesive). Check out our complete line-up of epoxy products.
Our 5-minute epoxy adhesive, C-Poxy 5, is also available in 2 Gallon kits (1 Gal Resin & 1 Gal Hardener).
The new CA glue accelerator mist spray comes in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz bottles with a pump spray. Just spray the accelerator on to one part of your project, wait a few seconds, apply glue to the other part, and fix the two parts together.
A 16 oz refill bottle with a nozzle is available for the C-Set Accelerator Mist Spray as well!
C-Set Accelerator is a super glue accelerator, also known as a glue activator. Compatible with all cyanoacrylate glues, it can be used before or after glue application. CA glue accelerators are often paired with higher viscosity glues because thicker glues take longer to dry. C-Set Accelerator works best with our C-Bond Thick CA glue.
Both C-Set Accelerator Aerosol and C-Set Accelerator Mist Spray are available—see which fits your project best. Check out our collection of CA glues and CA glue accelerators.
